Description
Vinification in Rosso or rather after first pressing, the grapes are conveyed to stainless steel tanks where they remain on the skins in order to extract all the substances contained in them. Subsequently the wine is aged in oak barrels from Slovania for 4 months.
Ruby red in color, intense with a sense of ripe fruit. A slight hint of spices. Well-balanced and harmonious, full and savory flavor, tannic enough, full bodied. Great for first courses and/or meat dishes.
